One-touch comfort and security
LightSwitch combines the reliability of professional security systems with a well-thought-out user experience. The smart switch from Ajax has a large touch panel that can be activated both by pressing and contactlessly - just bring your hand closer than 15 mm. With soft backlighting, it is easy to do even in the dark. LightSwitch turns on overhead lights and floor lamps, and controls curtains or blinds even remotely.
LightSwitch can replace any mechanical or touch switch. The line includes single-button, two-button and pass-through switches. LightSwitch is installed without changing the electrical wiring of the facility. The device does not require a neutral connection and operates only on the power supply phase.
The switch operates in two modes: pulse and bistable. LightSwitch can control lighting devices with a power of 5 to 600 W. For low-wattage lamps, a capacitor is included, which is connected in parallel to the lighting device.
The best user experience
LightSwitch is equipped with a large touch panel that is activated when the hand comes within 15 mm of the button. Installation engineers can offer the devices as a solution for public places: the light can be operated with dirty or wet hands and gloved hands.
LightSwitch is equipped with a backlight that highlights the switch in the dark. The backlight is not bright, so it will not disturb users, even if the switch is installed in the bedroom near the bed. If necessary, the backlight can be turned off in the Ajax app.
Suitable for any interior
To make LightSwitch suitable for both a private home and an industrial complex, the lineup includes 8 colors of the switch's touch buttons.
Convenient control and automation
LightSwitch allows you to control the light remotely via Ajax: from your bed or from another country.
Scenarios are provided to automate routine processes. The light can be turned on by alarm, schedule, or for a short time when the security system is disarmed by the disarming timer (pulse mode).
Jeweller communication technology
Jeweller is a radio protocol for fast and reliable two-way communication between the hub and connected devices. The protocol provides a wireless communication range of up to 1100 meters. This allows you to install the switches not only in apartments and private houses, but also in a large open space or a large warehouse.
Jeweller is responsible for transmitting all the necessary information and provides instant control of any number of LightSwitches in the system. Thanks to Jeweller, users can always control the lights and see the current status of the switches in Ajax apps.
Quick installation and connection
An installation engineer will have no difficulty installing LightSwitch. The device can be installed using two screwdrivers.
The switch is connected to the Ajax security system in less than a minute. It is enough to open the Ajax app, scan the QR code, and add the device to the room and security group.
